Gender Pay Gap Report 2018

I am pleased to report Alfa’s gender pay gap data for 2018. On joining Alfa at the beginning of 2019, I have been pleased to see how focused the team are on promoting diversity, both in relation to gender but also in celebrating differences at all levels of the Alfa team. I am fully committed to having a balanced team and I feel there is more that we can achieve in 2019.
