Alfa's 2026 Charity Partnerships
At Alfa, we’re committed to making a positive impact in the communities where we operate and supporting causes that align with our values.
Our Employee Resource Groups, which we call ‘Communities’ at Alfa, help shape our charity partner selection by curating a shortlist of worthy organisations. These are then selected through a company-wide vote. Our two-year partnerships allow us to work closely with our chosen charity partners and support their work over time.
For 2026, we’re proud to be supporting the following organisations across our global regions:
EMEA: Solace Women’s Aid
Solace Women's Aid is London’s largest domestic abuse and sexual violence charity, supporting women and children affected by abuse. Through specialist services, advocacy, support programmes and campaigning, Solace helps survivors find safety, rebuild their lives and move towards a more secure future. Its work spans crisis support, refuge accommodation, counselling, legal advocacy and community-based services, reaching thousands of women and children each year.
US: Ronald McDonald House Detroit (RMHD)
RMHD provides a home away from home for families whose children are receiving medical treatment. Through comfortable spaces, supportive services, and a caring community, it helps remove barriers so families can focus on what matters most: their child’s health and healing.
Australia: Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS)
The RFDS is a not-for-profit organisation providing 24/7 essential, lifesaving emergency and primary healthcare to people living in regional, rural and remote communities across New South Wales, where access to healthcare can be limited. Its vital work helps bring healthcare directly to people who may otherwise face significant barriers to accessing essential services.
New Zealand: Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA)
SPCA is New Zealand’s oldest and largest animal welfare charity, with 27 animal centres and 13 veterinary partnerships across the country. It works to improve the welfare of animals across New Zealand, providing care, veterinary services, education and support for animals in need.
Making a difference together
We’re supporting our charity partners through fundraising, volunteering and other activities, with opportunities for colleagues to get involved and contribute to the causes they’ve helped us choose.
