Recognition

Investors in People - “Gold” rating
In April 2022, Alfa was awarded the Investors in People "We invest in people" Gold accreditation. Alfa has also been ranked in the Top 20 for Gold-accredited organisations of its size.
This global benchmarking gives us confidence that we’re doing all the right things, channelling our efforts into leading, supporting and improving our people.
Gold accreditation means not only that Alfa has effective and important policies in place, but also that everyone – from CEO to new-joiner graduate - takes ownership for making them come to life. Only 17% of accredited organisations achieve Gold status.

CDP - “-B” rating
In 2025 Alfa received a score of ‘-B’.
CDP is a global non-profit that runs the world’s only independent environmental disclosure system for companies, capital markets, cities, states and regions to manage their environmental impacts.
We continue to engage with CDP and other climate benchmarks and frameworks to inform our reporting approach.

ISS ESG - “C+” rating & Prime Status
The ESG Corporate Rating provides relevant and forward-looking environmental, social and governance (ESG) data and performance assessments. Drawing on a pool of about 700 standard and industry-specific indicators, ISS ESG applies approximately 100 environmental, social, and governance indicators per rating. Differentiated weighting scenarios ensure adequate coverage of key material topics across business models. All indicators are evaluated independently based on clearly defined performance expectations and the results are aggregated, taking into account the respective weight, to yield an overall score (rating).
Prime status - awarded to companies with an ESG performance above the sector-specific Prime threshold, which means that they fulfil ambitious absolute performance requirements.
