With omnichannel support, Point of Sale in Alfa Systems addresses all of an asset finance provider’s needs around quotation, product configuration and new business.

Alfa Systems’ quotation system empowers brokers, vendors and end customers to handle the entire asset finance product set, from retail credit agreements to complex tax-based leasing.

Finance quotes are delivered via Point of Sale and bespoke digital apps, providing a responsive user interface for mobile, tablet and desktop. Working in close collaboration with our customers, we assemble digital apps quickly and efficiently using POSkit, Alfa Systems’ library of UI components, and following a ‘design thinking’ methodology. With sophisticated evaluation, sales workflow and business rules (see Process Automation), Point of Sale and associated Alfa Systems digital apps feature automated, real-time credit decisions. A single, integrated pricing engine can solve for multiple targets on a before- or after-tax basis for leases or loans.

Quotes can be evaluated for numerous components, including rate, commission, rental and residual value, with financial structures defined for each market. Integration with industry-standard catalogues allows complete asset classification, including vehicle options, while value-added products such as maintenance can also be defined as part of an overall product template.

These templates can be created and deployed rapidly, enabling optimum speed to market and featuring fully flexible payment profiles configured as required. Commissions and subsidies can then be calculated automatically from converted quotes.

Multiple input channels, from broker-based to self-service, provide support for numerous brands and routes to market. Transactions can be started on one channel and picked up on another, optimising quote throughput.
